Stats can say whatever you want them to say...a further look at that shows the teams that they have played so far don't really score much anyway!Kakalakis hat geschrieben:27 Punkte nach 3 Spielen, bedeuten für mich eine super Defenceleistung! BK und Ostalb leben bei von ihrer Defence. a ist das Ergebnis kein Wunder! Mir hats Spiel gefallen. Hat oft gut geschäppert
1) Bad Mergentheim = averaged only 7 pts before they played Backnang (scored 6 against Backnang so they played to their average)
2) Ostalb = averaged 25 pts before playing Backnang but who are they really? The team that scored 6 on BB or the team that scored 44 on AA? Either way, Ostalb's offense left two TDs on the field for sure that had nothing to do with strong defense but rather WRs dropping passes. So they could easily have dropped 21 pts on Backnang.
3) HSM = averaging 12 pts a game but scored 15 on Backnang.
And honestly, the HSM defense is much better and stronger than the Backnang defense -- they were only giving up 4.5 pts before the Bears came to town -- and they still gave up 36 points! So you see stats can say what ever you want them to say and can be used to paint many different pictures.
FYI: BB is averaging 35 points per game on offense so the Backnang defense hasnt seen any offense that high scoring all season. Something has got to give, but either way the Backnang offense is only averaging 11 points and will need to score more than that or else it will be a longgggggg day.
