wenn meine Informationen stimmen.
Stimmen! Zumindestens steht es so auf der AFVD-bawue Homepage...
ok...I'm jump in agive my 2 cents worth of opinion...if it's worth that much!;)
Albershausen in General : I can't talk about the Leistung from the Crusaders in previous games but yesterday I found that the team to be much better than their record...and I do not not understand how they have not won a game yet. I agree that conditioning played a role, but then that is part of the game.
Albershausen defense: As of yesterday...probably the hardest I (only my opinion) have faced. If my memory is correct, their secondary played a cover 2 most of the day. Which is a completely different look than from previous games.
Albershausen Offense: Their fullback is the most dangerous person on the field...compact, strong, resiliant (can take a hard hit and keep going). I agree with someone else in the forum that mentioned they don't have speed...and that is the biggest problem.
Pikes Offensive Coordinator: Is temporarily unavailable...we would love to have him standing on the sideline with us, however he needs to attend to other things before he can concentrate on the Pikes. We support and understand his situation completely.
Pikes Defense: I believe they are strong as I have to run against them at practice...and regardless of all thoughts in the forum...they hold the opponents offense to less points than the offense scores...aside from Montabauer of course, which is another subject.
Pikes Offense: A lot of big play threats! But the Yellow Flag kills...whether it is bad calling by the refs or bad playing on the players is not the question, but more that once the flag is on the ground is doesn't matter. The refs call it as they see and they are not perfect...just like the players. The only difference is that their is no one to throw a foul on the refs so authority is LAW and that's football.
Pikes Head Coach/coaches: A great HC and a great Coaching Crew... sometimes you have to crack the whip to get the mule to move in the right direction. In additon, a HC/coach should not have to listen to players talk back and if discpline is lacking within the team. It is the team captain's responsiblity to get it under control...if they don't then someone should. He did what he felt he needed to do to pull us back together... he didn't not attack a single person but the whole team...and anyone that has been around football long enough knows that it can be part of the game. Any person that can keep their cool their entire football career and not yell at a play or get mad at a foul it a special person. At the end of the day it's all about winning and it's the coach that is held responsible.
Regionalliga Mitte: A very strong league where anything can happen. Rhein Neckar beat Jena but Jena beat Montabauer. Kaiserslautern beat Rhein Neckar but lost to Montabauer...Stuttgart is undefeated as of 11Jun07 but still has to play Kaiserslautern, Rhein Neckar, and Jena. Kaiserslautern, Montbauer, and Jena are in the same bracket and they have to play each other 2 times and that could be the deciding factor for how the season ends...if each team loses once against the other then each team will have 6 points lost and then they still have to play Stuttgart. even thought Stuttgart has the easier schedule...they still have to win. I think this football year will be a very interesting year and I look forward to see how the season will end. This is a good year for football!
Sorry for the English but I saw how you fun of the other englisg speaking guy and I didn't want for him to be alone.
Ciao aus Kaiserslautern.
