Shit stimmt meine "!" taste klemmt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Piwi
jetzt hats mit meiner "!" wieder geklappt

Zurück zum Rest der Liga: Wer beerbt Sholares als Headcoach im Saarland? Was tippt ihr? Vielleicht eine interne Lösung? Macht es Scherer?

From my biased perspective:
Top 2 teams in the South are Wiesbaden and Plattling.
1. My pick is Wiesbaden...why? Because I live here LOL! Really, they've got a strong running game and a great front 8 on Defense. Their QB's are just good enough to get the job done, and won't beat Wiesbaden. Hand the ball to Matz and Perrier is all that is needed, and Buskirk is electrifying! They are well coached (although very undisciplined in the Plattling game too). They still have 2 games with Franken, and must play in Plattling where they lost last season. So far so good though for a team that historically starts slow! I plan on watching GFL1 games in Wiesbaden next season!
2. Plattling - this is a very good football team. Everyone talks Offense when it comes to Plattling, and they do have a great one, but their Defense is under rated! They gave up 21 points to Wiesbaden, and 7 were on what appeared to be a blown coverage. Personally, I don't think the score reflected the outcome of the game with Wiesbaden. Plattling BLEW that game. They were inside of Wiesbaden's 30 twice and didn't score, and once inside the 5 first and goal and had an INT. BUT, they played very undisiplined (either coaching or fatigue and Germany is HOT in the Summer). They have 30 players. Neither bode well in the long run which is why I think Wiesbaden wins out in the end.
3. Franken - maybe I am wrong here, I haven't seen them play this season. They were clearly the #2 team last season and recruited well, but I expected more from them week 1 verses Kirchdorf! They've got a big date in Plattling in a few weeks, we will see then!
4. kirchdorf - They are not as bad as people, including me, expected. They had a good showing in Franken and won at home this weekend. BUT the top 3 teams are just too strong for the Wildcats.
5. Montabaur - I can't understand the hype around Montabaur...since when has a team jumped from the 3rd League into the 2nd and contended for a championship? I've been watching football in Germany for 4 years now and NO team has come up in the past 3 years and done better than 3rd (Distant 3rd), which I think Plattling did in 2006. Munich fell from GFL and won it last year, but they didn't come from a lower division. They will be lucky to finish 4th from what I saw this weekend. They are not in the same class as Plattling, and certainly not Wiesbaden, logic tells me Franken either.
6. Saarland - Has a great Defense, same class as Wiesbaden and Plattling. They will do enough to regroup and stay in the 2nd League. They'll be better next season!
7 Stuttgart - has already killed K'brunn, so they own the tie-breaker, but they get a 1 year peek at the 2nd league!
8. Konningsbrunn - appears should be playing in the 4th league, definately a program headed in the wrong direction.

I think the terribly long away trips to WP, MoFoFa and SH are gonna prove killers to KW this year.

Weinheim came in a close third in their first year and advanced to the GFL1 in their second year. All thanks to DW, of course.

And another 7 were on a punt return TD...
